- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on how many pets, how many visits per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new customer is interested, I like to set up a time to interview in there home so we can get a " Feel" for each other and interact with the animals. This process takes an hour, sometimes a little longer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides many of my own. I worked for the Humane Society Of Southern Az. for 9 years. I have work experience in Animal Behavior, breed specific behavior. Placement of homeless pets, Foster care, Pet Therapy Visitation Program and a Pet Care Certificate in Animal Science for Direct Employment. I also carry a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
