- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a basic concept plan that is 10 % of the rent collected which has Rent and Tenant Guarantees as well as rent collection and accounting ,tenant placement and Maintenance . We have a Golden Concept plan That offers 90 day property inspections to insure the most care of your investment as well as paid eviction protection plan. call us for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first gather their information in regards to their needs and the property that they are wanting to have me manage then I give a market analysis so we can obtain the most monthly rent possible to increase the property owners max Return on their investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in real estate and property management in Tucson for 15 years I am a licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in residential property management . we also offer Real Estate sales and listing service at a discount rate for our property owners when they want to cash in their investment.
