Derrick was very responsive and came out the next day to put in my R3 reverse osmosis under the sink unit. He called to confirm and was very punctual. Very knowledgeable and had some good suggestions for other problems I had that I could easily fix myself. He was very friendly and thinks out of the box to solve problems. Very approachable. I would have him work for me again!
