Hydro Rooter did an awesome job! Jake couldnt have sent a better team to address my sewer issues. He provided me with expert advice on how to approach my plugged drain issues. After all utilities were located his team; Chris, Billy and Martin executed a well thought out plan. Because my aged plumbing system had no clean outs they had to dig down to the main line and install a bidirectional clean out. Chris and Billy made short work of digging and exposing the offending pipe. All three shared in the process of installing the clean outs. Once installed Martin hydro-jetted the stubborn clog and my drain was open!Its a pleasure to see a crew work harmoniously to accomplish a goal. These guys clearly enjoy their work and take pleasure ensuring their customers are happy. I would recommend Hydro-Rooter; Jake, Chris, Billy, and Martin to everyone .

Theyve been here three times and every time very professional, very courteous, on time and quick. Martin and Chris were here today and they followed suit with their friendliness and professionalism. They were VERY Professional, VERY knowledgeable, VERY Thorough and VERY Clean. By far beat the nearest competitors price. Will definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs. I have already recommended them to two other neighbors as the majority of the homes in my neighborhood have older clay or cast iron pipes.
