We are extremely pleased with our new roof. It had to be changed because it was badly leaking. A day after the work was completed, the rain poured. We checked every place inside and saw no leaks. The crew removed and installed our solar panels and AC with no problems and in a ttimely manner. They installed new solar frames to conform to standards because the original ones did not. Yaritza advised us to submit the certificate of completion to our insurance in order to get some discounts on a new roof. Brent was always quick to answer our phone calls and allowed us to extend the use of 2 portable AC units while the ceiling was being renovated.

Thank you so much for this excellent review Mr Ocava. It was a pleasure taking care of you and your home.
I'm confident the rain continues to stay out, but if you have any issues please let us know, you are covered with the Fletcher warranty.
Please let us know if we can do anything further to help!

Great from the start everyone on the Fletcher team was very attentive!! My situation is different than a lot of peoples, I believe. I was not just having leaks and a completely flat roof that didnt drain properly, but I was also having some kind of chemical sensitivity reaction within my home. Fletcher did everything they could to ensure the materials we used more of the highest medical grade to reduce any kind of reaction to my system. They were patient and supportive all along the way! Their team actually treats everyone that I saw them interact with and the way they interacted with me like family! They are kind impatient and respectful! They doubled and triple checked their work Until they were 100% satisfied with it! This company hands-down went above and beyond any kind of expectation! There is not another roofing company in Tucson, I imagine, that will treat your roof like it is theirs! I strongly encourage anyone shopping for a roofing company to genuinely lean into Fletcher! I confidently say they will take care of you! And you will be please! Their integrity is unmatched!
