This is the third pool service company I’ve dealt with. Steve explained the pool chemistry very clearly and patiently. Their rates are affordable and he was very prompt in resolving and cleaning the problems I had.

Our pool filter housing sprung a leak, right during peak swimming season. RePHresh was able to tell us what we needed, order the parts, and our new filter was installed and running before the pool even turned green! (IN SUMMER!!) I wish I had done it a long time ago because this new filter is awesome! The team was easy to work with, friendly, and efficient. We are so grateful and they will be the first ones we call if we need anything else for our pool.

Steve came out and performed the pool drain service for us. He tested the water and sent us the results of the test. He explained everything and answered all questions. He had great communication, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Our pool is looking amazing now. We plan to use his business for routine pool service.

After we make contact, we like to go out and make a face to face meeting to talk to the client personally so they can get to know us and be comfortable with us. Then we can see the pool and give much better advice on a service plan and price.
