Dan, owner of Pool Hawk, is now performing our weekly pool maintenance service. After two poor experiences with other pool companies, I was very impressed with Dan during our interview meeting. He patiently answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, very respectful and shows pride in his work. His monthly fee was in line with what I expected for his service. We had a problem with our pool pump and called this company, blindly, based on Thumbtack reviews. To my relief it was a positive experience that has cured my pool ailments. The response time was quick from initial call and evan a return trip on Sunday. I never felt pressured into buying/repairing anything not necessary. It's hard to find reliable & honest service-but I believe PoolHawk is it. I would give 10 stars but could only give 5. Great company and great service, neat, clean, professional from start to finish. Thanks again Dan.
