Introduction: Hi, my name is Carlos Beltran and I have been doing maintenance and tile setting for over 8 years. I take pride in my work and I love what I do. I started as a carpet layer 18 years ago. I installed carpet, vinyl, VCT tile, and flash cove vinyl in commercial buildings including T.M.C., U.M.C., St. Joseph, and pretty much all hospitals here in Tucson, AZ. Work slowed down so I started learning ceramic tile. I did ceramic tile for 12 years. I started doing maintenance work for the past 5 years. I worked for an apartment complex where I maintained 146 units. I worked for that complex for 3 years. My job duties were but not limited to grounds keeping, pool maintaining, painting, little plumbing, and electrical work.
