This was the 1st business to respond to my request. During the bid process there was ZERO pressure to sign anythjng & multiple options discussed. Upfront and honest with what was necessary vs. recommendations. I was given time to discuss costs with my husband & get additional opinions/bids for my project.
Due to age of my condo, Anthony was transparent about asbestos testing & potential additional requirements based on results. Upon signing agreement, the source of the water was shutoff & capped within an hour. While the work was being done, I was provided with regular updates & give opportunity to approves necessary changes. In addition, they were flexible with any changes I requested.
During post project walk through, a new leak showed up (not from the work that was done, but direct results of damages caused by squatters evicted over a year+ prior) & they spent additional time to correct immediately. I would definitely call ZonaDry again for any water damage & associated needs!
