- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we believe that no wedding, event or portrait session should cost a fortune, and therefore strive to keep our prices as low as they can be without sacrificing quality, we rarely offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with our clients to merge our artistic talent with their vision of their special day. We like to meet our clients at a local coffee shop and have a nice chat about you and your wishes for the day. Well get to know you so we can better serve you with images you will cherish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continuously train our employees and update equipment and software to make sure our clients are getting the best images possible.
