- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm starting out providing services at $49 / hour to build a few reviews and will reevaluate how pricing is evaluated once I'm more familiar with the platform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually reach out to them by phone and direct them to download a remote support program. From there, I'm usually able to connect to their workstation to provide support. Support may be rendered differently if the job requires it. Some network-based issues might require creative troubleshooting methods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B. S. in Network and Computer Security and have worked in the IT field for over 10 years. My current work requires the rendering of support as a helpdesk agent, onsite technician, and an IT consultant.
