We had the best experience with FTP movers! FTP was very responsive and answered our questions thoroughly. Day of, they were right on time and moved all of our furniture with ease, even with our crazy heavy sectional sofa. There were no dents, dings, or scratches on any of our furniture, which has been an issue with different moving companies in the past, and I would absolutely book with them again.

FTP was great communicating the ins and outs of the process, scheduling the date and time, and locations. Constant communication about project and set clear expectations for the most part. The job I had my contact brought a new trainee to the delivery job, which I am okay with, but the additional oversight caused us to go over the initial quote, which was okay, but notifying people that you are conducting a training is beneficial so they know they’re may be some additional cost associated with their move would be helpful. Again we’re talking 30 mins so it wasn’t a huge deal, but would be good to know. Thanks so much for the careful consideration with not only my belongings, but my house. No dings, scratches, or signs of movers. Thanks !

This is my 3rd time moving within the last year and my first time using this app for movers. Aside from the flexibility with rates, these guys were extremely flexible with my work schedule and made my move the most smoothest and easiest transition than what I’ve ever experienced before. Not only were they easy to work with, they also assured me constantly that I had nothing to worry about. Which was accurate! I’ve used many moving companies before but these guys by far exceeding my expectations as we all know moving can be a headache and a hassle. They were highly efficient also considering that my location had stairs and my items weren’t the easiest! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum two hours of labor at start. Every hour after is singly added.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get the general rundown of the move. How many rooms, is there stairs, anything unusual being moved? After that is the average quote. This quote can go up if hours go over the given hours at beginning. We meet and learn if any special treatment is needed for transportation for certain items, and move you into your brand new spot.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You get what you pay for. Quality work isn’t always the cheapest and in the moving industry, quality is number one.
