I work night shift at the hospital and have two toddlers! So for me to be able to enjoy my off day without having to worry about cleaning was amazing! She did such a good job!

This cleaner informed me that she would be coming today to clean however, after sending her a message, letting her know that I will see her later and jokingly stating that I hope it’s not too big of a mess. She sent me a message back asking for me to video and stating that the price would change if it was to much. This is an inconvenience and I feel as if it was unprofessional due to the fact it is the day of. I would not recommend this type of energy or service to anyone. Good thing I found out before she came. I do feel like now my house would have been half clean. Unbelievable but she also changed the price from on her profile as well so that was a clear flag I ignored.

Thank you for your review ! However the price never changed I never stated that in our conversation. You asked if the price would change. I simply asked for picture so I could accommodate you and my other clients. You stated “ I hope my house is not to much of mess.” I just asked for a video and or pictures to adjust times. PRICE WAS NEVER CHANGED NOR DISCUSSED WHEN ASKED FOR PICTURES!
