Introduction: I’m owner at Sobro Homes and am available to take one more cleaning client. My rate is $40-60/hour and I normally start clients off with two 5-hour visits. From there I allow you to determine a budget that works for rotating cleans. Empty nesters can normally sustain their home with 3-hour visits and families with small children I don’t recommend ever dropping past 4-hour visits. I’m a retired school teacher (Teacher of the Year 2007). I’m showing up on time every time, have a ridiculous eye for detail, am professional, and will go above and beyond.
