Only contact me when you are ready to move forward. ********************* - The estimate fee is allocated directly towards the cost of labor and serves as a non-refundable security deposit. -if you submit a security deposit & decide to go with another company there are no refunds. Also there are absolutely no refunds under no circumstances. - Please note that free on site estimates are not provided. Our prices are as shown. We are not the “hook up service” so please do not ask for a discount after estimate is finalized. We will be more than happy to do less work if you are on a tight budget to reduce costs. - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. -same day or next day service jobs requires 100% cost of labor due up front. We work like any other service where you pay to book us to perform the service. If you are skeptical we will be more than happy to provide personal information or references to ease your doubts. - full balance is due upon booking plus the cost of tools & materials if you need pro to purchase for you - The cost of the project may be subject to change based on new information or additional tasks added to the project scope. - estimate/final cost is subject to change. We services the Mid-Michigan area within a 50 mile radius of Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Detroit. Within a 10 mile radius of Traverse city. Travel costs will increase security deposit required -garden care & landscaping jobs start at $300. That includes spring/fall clean up/first of the season.
