- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
most repairs that can be accomplished within a few hours will be 80-100$ based on relative time spent and distance traveled from 44035. occasionally I may request additional compensation on a job that is taking a lot longer than typical.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer provides a detailed description of the problem, we agree on the time and date, and I will perform the repair as requested bringing any tools I need on that date. I expect customer to pay immediately after confirming the repair has been performed successfully
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15years as an IT consultant in Amherst Ohio with Metro Computer Resources formerly, currently Iconium Networks. supported over 200 local business in full capacity as their only IT support during any outages and issues that arose over all those years (many).
