I used Bak-A-Yaad for my son's Surprised Grad Party and baby was that the best decision iv'e made. Everyone was asking me who cooked the food it was just that good. This will be my caterer I will be using for all future events as well. My go to signature dish is the curry chicken and peas/rice, finger licking good. Give them a chance, you wont regret it.
