FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't do pricing per square feet in residential work. We rather let you know up front than compete with people who want to charge 1.00 per square feet. The reason being, every house and every owner/client has different needs. Some client are pickier than others and we cater to that. Our prices are set to our customers needs. We calculate the hours of labor and materials needed to get the job done at the clients desired finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact call to get a basic understanding of the project the client wants done. A on-site meeting with the client to take a look at the scope of work. An explanation to customer of the scope of work and process of completion. A prepared bid for the clients presenting the client with the pricing. A prepared contract for the client regarding the work to be done. Signing of contract from both parties. Set start & finish date with client.
