PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING – My typical prices: • 2 rooms painting: starts at $1,400 (includes minor patching if needed). Estimated completion time: 1–2 days • 4 rooms painting: starts at $2,200. Estimated completion time: 3–5 days • If walls require patching/spackling, add $300 per room. • For high ceilings (over 9 ft / 2.74 m), add $300 per room. Not included colors. Prices include labor, surface preparation, and cleanup. ❌ I do not take jobs for painting only one wall or minor scratch touch-ups.
