- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, our process begins with listening. We take time to understand your specific needs, whether it’s for a new automatic gate, garage door, or access control system. From there, we provide a clear explanation of the best options, along with a detailed estimate. Once the project is approved, we handle the entire process—from precise installation to thorough testing—making sure everything is safe, reliable, and tailored to your property. After completion, we always follow up to ensure your satisfaction and provide ongoing support when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 17 years of hands-on field experience, I bring both practical expertise and a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical engineering. My training includes in-depth knowledge of gate automation, garage door systems, and advanced access control technologies from leading manufacturers such as LiftMaster, Viking, BFT, and more. I continuously update my skills by studying new technologies, safety standards (UL325 compliance), and industry best practices to ensure that every job meets the highest level of performance and safety.
