We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. A standard diagnostic fee applies, which will be applied toward the repair if you choose to proceed. Final costs depend on the parts and labor required, and we always provide an estimate before starting any work. We also offer discounts for repeat customers and multi-appliance repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free. First, we schedule an appointment at your convenience. When we arrive, we perform a full diagnostic to identify the issue. Then, we explain the repair options, costs, and estimated time frame. If you approve, we complete the repair on the spot whenever possible. Finally, we test the appliance to ensure everything works perfectly before leaving.
