- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate, transparent pricing. No surprise fees or extra charges! You can save more if you schedule recurring services, and there are also special perks when you refer a friend. And if you’re ever unhappy with a clean, we’ll send someone back free of charge until you’re satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can get a quote easily online or by phone. We’ll ask a few questions about your home, the kind of clean you need, and when you’d like it done. We’ll give you a quote, and then on cleaning day our professional cleaner arrives with everything ready to go. After the clean, we check in to make sure you are satisfied. Our 100% guarantee means if anything is off we’ll make it right, no extra cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Only the top 1% of applicants are hired after rigorous background and reference checks. Onboarding includes thorough training in all the tools, cleaning methods, and safety procedures right from day one.
