We worked with Fairway Exteriors and had a good experience. We did both siding and windows as well and have been pleased with the work for both. We chose Fairway based on reviews from others and their pricing was competitive. The onsite installers were professional and there was always a foreman on site we could communicate directly with. He also gave us daily updates on progress, questions or issues. We had issues with a leaky exterior faucet and a gas line that they discovered and we had a third party come out to fix. Those were our only additional costs.

Superior performance in every respect from start to finish. Our 40+ yrs old bat and board wood siding had once again needed wood rot repair as well as a new paint job. We got the usual paint bids but also contacted Fairway (based on reviews) to consider replacing it with James Hardie siding. And we are glad we did. Fairway did a great job (including a new window) and in the end we ended up with more value for our dollars spent. Weve never had a contractor more conscientious than Scott. His bid was entirely reasonable. His crew was careful and skilled. The project started and finished on time. Highly recommend.

We knew we were using James Hardie from the get go, but it took us almost two years to decide on a siding company. Fairway Exteriors was not the least expensive, but we felt confident from the start, the value for the money spent was worth it. We were so pleased with our experience with Scott, Nickolas, and the crew. Great communication about the process. Clean up every evening. They guys worked hard and they had an amazing attention to detail. Everyone, we felt, went above and beyond. We highly recommend Fairway Exteriors and, if ever needed, we would use them again!

I highly recommend this company. Scott and team provided a very professional group to replace our windows as well as siding. They were on-site daily for check-in and questions. The crews were very respectful of our property, cleaning up daily after work was completed for the day. A five star company going above and beyond!!! We have our dream home now!!!
