We are committed to fair pricing and transparency above all else. When you choose Kinsey, you'll receive a clear, upfront quote before any work begins. We don't believe in hidden fees or charging by the hour for repairs; the price we quote is the price you pay. We charge a reasonable diagnostic fee to send a certified technician to your location, but that fee is typically waived or applied toward the total cost of the approved repair. We also proudly offer discounts for seniors and military personnel, and we have various financing options available to help manage unexpected large projects.
