- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. We charge competitive hourly rates based on the size of your move and services needed. We offer free quotes - just tell us about your move and we'll give you an accurate estimate upfront. Payment is due upon completion, and we accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards. Same-day and emergency moves include a premium service fee due to immediate availability. We work with your budget and offer flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. No surprise charges - you'll know exactly what you're paying before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll discuss your moving needs - what you're moving, where it's going, any special items, stairs, and timeline. We provide a free, accurate quote based on this information. Once you're ready to book, we schedule a date and time that works for you (we're available 24/7 including weekends and holidays). On moving day, we arrive on time with professional equipment, assess the job, and get to work efficiently. We treat your belongings with care, load everything securely, transport safely, and unload at your new location. Payment is collected upon completion. We maintain clear communication throughout the entire process and work quickly without sacrificing quality. Our goal is to make your move as stress-free as possible.
