Chef Mimi facilitated the most divine, intrapersonal, fun, creative, and team building cooking class to me & a small group of people at our AirBnB in Minneapolis!It has been a small dream of ours to learn how to make Ethiopian food! I searched for Ethiopian Cooking Class in the twin cities area and SO happy I got connected with Chef Mimi! We were visiting Minneapolis from Colorado where we dont have Ethiopian food in our little town & found an AirBnB that had a functional kitchen space for a group of six to cook together!From the very beginning, Mimi committed to exactly what we were looking for; a vegan & gluten free friendly Ethiopian cooking class to host at an AirBnB. She arrived with all of the ingredients & equipment needed to make it happen! We learned so many new cooking techniques and how to make an entirely new dish to us & also had a very relaxed, casual, and meaningful time together.Thank you Mimi! 10/10 recommend for a fun group activity! I cant wait to see her again and learn how to make Pad Thai and one of her pasta dishes!
