Hi Makayla, This review is unfair and inaccurate. There was never a complaint made to me, the owner, about any incomplete work until a discussion was had about increasing prices due to the condition of the home and how long it was taking the cleaners to finish it, they didn’t want to come back for the price you were paying. At that point you tried to get free work out of us. You backed down from this when I sent sparkling clean pictures of your home to you—it was hard to dispute work was unfinished when the evidence was right there. There were no time limits, your home was just dirtier than discussed which warranted a price increase due to the amount of labor it took two separate cleaners. You cancelled a clean 24 hours in advance and were charged the cancellation fee emailed to you upon your first booking. You also have the ability to cancel and reschedule in your portal which you didn’t do. You think you canceled early but were continuing to discuss Caycee coming to your home the next weekend. My last message to you was asking you for your decision that you were to discuss with your husband. You strong armed me into saying the cleaner could only come back if you could get all previous work for free. You never cancelled until 24 hours in advance. Please do not talk about cleaners compensation without knowing anything about it.. It’s a business, of course the cleaners do not take 100%, that’s just a silly thing to complain about on Google. I followed my companies policy, you unfortunately wanted everything cheap and free and that’s not something we could do. *** By the way the beautiful clean pictures on my business profile are the ones you said were unfinished. I don’t know where you got those dirty photos from but I have serval more of that clean that were sparkling
