- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home and client is unique, so my rates reflect the size of the space, the type or cleaning or organization needed, and any add-on services you choose. Pricing is always up-front and transparent - no hidden fees. I prefer to do an initial walkthrough (or photo quote) to give an accurate estimate, especially for deeper cleans or special requests. I also offer plant care and errand running/grocery shopping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to make things as easy and stressful as possible-free as possible. Step 1: Quick consultation Step 2: Transparent Quote Step 3: Scheduling Step 4: Service Step 5: Follow up. My goal is always to turn first time customers into long-term clients and always work with that goal in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring both hands-on experience and professional certifications that help me care for homes, and the people and pets that live in them. I combine professional training, empathy, and neurodivergent-level focus to bring peace and calm into your space and routines. I am HIPPAA Certified, experienced in handling confidential documents and private information. I am CPR/First Aid certified with both humans and animals, ensuring safety and preparedness. I am also a Registered Home Care Aid and Certified Behavior Technician.
