- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and disciplined: we start with a discovery call to make sure we’re the right fit and to understand the real “why” behind your project. From there, we move into design and planning — layouts, selections, permits, everything mapped out before a single hammer swings. Then we build with military-level precision, clear communication, and zero shortcuts. Once the work is complete, we walk it together and hand off a finished space with no loose ends, no surprises, and no disappearing acts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bespoke isn’t just another GC, it’s built on the backbone of military discipline. The service taught us to operate with precision, stay calm under pressure, and never cut corners when the mission is on the line. That mindset carries into every project we manage.
