Alex Hammer says, "I cannot say enough great things about Eugene and his team. They are professional, kind, and genuinely happy to make your vision come to life. Further, Eugene is a fair and honest man, which was a pleasure to work with. I was sad that he wasnt going to be at my house everyday when the projects were completed.For the projects - we had one serious one. My office floor was sinking. It used to be a carport and when the prior owner converted it, they did a work around type of job. Eugene ripped up floors and a faulty wood box frame platform underneath, poured concrete and basically redid the whole flooring and encapsulated it and the walls making it water and mold proof. Room looks beautiful. He even did extra baseboard work I didnt ask for and looks really nice.The other project was two bathrooms back to back with mold in the walls in between them. Eugene demod to the studs, encapsulated everything and redid the bathrooms. They are beautiful. He made suggestions which got us the look we wanted. He was willing to address any other things we needed as well. Did other small jobs around the house and again was fair on pricing. But check the photos out. Were so happy with his work. We originally found a style we loved at a big box store, but Taha managed to find almost the exact same style for half the price from his supplier. Within a day, they were delivered to our home. Every step of the process was smooth and coordinated for us without any headaches. Additionally, we had a tight deadline due to family coming down to visit, and Taha was able to follow through despite a decently large amount of square footage to cover. Within 10 days as promised, we have floors that look fit for a magazine. Jose and the crew showed up punctual on a daily basis and worked tirelessly from 830-5 Monday-Saturday. I was blown away by how quickly and methodically they worked and by their precision and attention to detail. We have a number of narrow pass-throughs and odd shaped hallways, and they managed to make every cut perfect around these odd dimensions, despite working with huge 48x48 tile and placing them in a diamond pattern.
