- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Every project comes with a detailed written estimate, including materials, labor, and all required permits. We never surprise clients with hidden fees. Because we have completed hundreds of ADUs and additions across Southern California, our experience allows us to price projects accurately and competitively. We also offer seasonal discounts, military discounts, and package pricing for multi-service projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation where we listen to your goals, review your property, and answer all your questions. After that, our team provides a custom 3D design, a clear scope of work, and a fixed-price proposal. Once approved, we handle everything: permits, engineering, construction, inspections, and final walk-through. We keep communication open throughout the entire process so you always know exactly where your project stands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO, Adam, served in one of the most elite special forces units in the Israeli Defense Forces, where he developed precision, discipline, and leadership skills that directly influence how our projects are run. After his service, he operated a successful construction and landscaping company for years before expanding the family business in the U.S. Ace Construction & Renovation has been established for 47 years, and we bring decades of hands-on experience in ADUs, additions, and full home transformations.
