Pricing is transparent and based on project scope, complexity, and turnaround time. There are no hidden fees, and discounts may be available for repeat clients or multiple similar projects.

I start with a brief consultation to understand the project requirements, review any available drawings or documents, and confirm jurisdiction needs. Once approved, we complete the design, calculations, and stamped drawings, then deliver final files ready for permit submission.
