I’ve been supporting women since 2023, helping them create lasting change through a personalized blend of hypnosis, coaching, and guided meditation. My work focuses on helping clients calm their nervous system, shift subconscious patterns, and feel more in control of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I support clients with stress and burnout, better sleep, emotional regulation, confidence, and life transitions, as well as habit change including weight loss, smoking cessation, and letting go of unwanted behaviors that no longer feel good. Rather than relying on willpower, we work at the root level so change feels natural and sustainable.
Every session is fully personalized and designed to fit real life. Clients often notice reduced overwhelm, improved sleep, healthier habits, and a stronger sense of self-trust within just a few sessions, along with practical tools they can continue using long after our work together ends.
