- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the complexity of your tax situation, not a one-size-fits-all fee. We review your income types, forms required, and filing needs before confirming pricing, so there are no surprises. Tax preparation fees are discussed upfront, and estimates are provided before work begins. Notary services are priced per document and comply with Texas notary guidelines. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial intake to understand your needs. For tax clients, this includes completing an intake form and uploading required documents securely. Once everything is received, we review your information, confirm pricing, and prepare your return with accuracy and care. We communicate throughout the process and are available to answer questions before filing. For notary services, we confirm the document type, schedule an appointment, and complete the notarization promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional tax preparer with over a decade of hands-on experience in individual and small business tax preparation. I maintain required credentials, stay current with IRS regulations, and complete ongoing education to remain compliant with federal and state tax laws. I am also a commissioned Texas Notary Public.
