My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the size of the project, prep work required, and materials used. Every home is different, so I provide free, no-pressure estimates to make sure pricing is accurate — no surprises. I don’t believe in hidden fees. What I quote is what you pay unless the scope of work changes and is approved by you first. Discounts may be available for: First-time customers Small or flexible-schedule projects Multiple rooms or full-home painting I focus on doing the job right the first time, using quality materials and proper prep — not cutting corners to be the cheapest bid. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer: Initial contact – Once you reach out, I respond quickly to learn about your project and answer any questions. Free estimate – I schedule a free, no-obligation estimate to review the space, discuss your goals, and provide an accurate quote. Planning & prep – If you move forward, we confirm colors, timeline, and prep details. Proper preparation is always included to ensure a clean, long-lasting finish. Painting & cleanup – I arrive on time, protect your home, complete the work with care and attention to detail, and clean up daily. Final walkthrough – We review the work together to make sure you’re happy before the job is considered complete. I believe in clear communication, respect for your home, and delivering results you can feel good about.

Education & training related to my work: I’ve gained my experience through hands-on, real-world training and years of practical painting work. I’ve learned proper surface preparation, clean cutting-in, rolling and spraying techniques, trim and detail work, and how to use professional-grade materials for long-lasting results. I stay up to date on best practices, products, and techniques by learning directly from manufacturers, suppliers, and experienced professionals in the trade. I also continuously refine my process to deliver cleaner finishes, better durability, and consistent results. Most importantly, I’m committed to doing the job the right way — with care, attention to detail, and respect for every home I work in.
