- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to understand the project, then schedule an on-site visit for the most accurate estimate. During the walkthrough, we review prep needs, repairs, finishes, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project, protect the home carefully, complete the work efficiently, and finish with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is lead-safe certified, fully licensed and insured, and trained in proper surface preparation, historic home preservation, cabinet refinishing, and advanced coating systems, including garage floor coatings. Many of our painters have years of hands-on experience working on high-end and historic properties.
