This company is extremely difficult to work with. They had to come out for a simple project multiple times for a lack of tools, and had a different technician for the same job that never knew that they were supposed to be doing for the job. Made me wait months for a follow up appt. They attached new fixtures to old faulty pipes when the walls were open to my project.Later when the project was finished and the leak was found from a few short weeks of use, the technician admitted company fault since the pipes connecting to fixtures were rusted. TheTech wanted to cut into structural beams too fix it though, no thank you. After going through an arduous process with home owners insurance to find a structural engineer who could find a better access, D&F wouldn't even return my call to speak about waving the work cost. They have a very short and limited warranty of one year. Likely due to the caliber of work.I had another company fix the mistake. I'll never use them again, I recommend you don't either if you don't want my nightmare to play out.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A COMPANY.They were able to come and get my furnace running same day, which was great. However, the techs sold me on a membership package that they incorrectly billed, so when I called to schedule said service, I was told I didnt buy it. After a lot of back and forth, they saw they had billed me incorrectly ($434) for a permit instead of the membership I thought I was buying. I scheduled a service visit and they didnt show. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back and never heard back from the manager Kirk. READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS. They do not reflect the 4.5 star rating google hasAnd for the record, I did contact the company twice via email to have it in writing. They never replied, but called at 4:26 pm on a Friday saying pay today or get sent to collections, even though I cancelled my dispute and the duplicate refund was reapplied to my credit card.
