Our pricing is based on guest count, event length, and level of bar service requested. We offer full-service mobile and portable bar packages that include licensed and insured bartenders, custom cocktail menu design, and professional bar setups. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Travel within the Orlando and Central Florida area is typically included. Premium upgrades such as additional bar stations, specialty glassware, or enhanced cocktail experiences can be added based on your vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your event, guest count, venue, and overall vision. From there, we provide a customized quote and help you design a cocktail menu that fits your style. Once booked, we coordinate directly with your planner or venue to ensure seamless setup and service. On event day, we arrive early, handle full bar setup, and deliver polished, professional service from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of certified and experienced bartenders trained in high-volume wedding and private event service. We are licensed and insured and prioritize responsible alcohol service, guest safety, and professionalism at every event. Beyond technical skill, we focus heavily on presentation, guest experience, and seamless event flow — which is what separates a standard bar from a luxury bar experience.
