My pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work. I offer flat rates for common services and hourly rates for advanced troubleshooting. Discounts are available for veterans, students, and bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick assessment of the network setup, devices, and coverage needs. From there I optimize configuration, placement, and performance, then test speeds and connections before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on IT support experience with network troubleshooting, device connectivity, and system configuration. I’m also actively advancing my knowledge through technical coursework and certifications.
