- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is flat rate based on the cleaning type and square footage of the home. We offer 15% off of your first deep cleaning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get the customer set up with an account on our website to track any scheduled cleanings, and go over any requirements or restrictions the client has for when we perform the cleaning. Once the cleaner arrives, they do an initial walkthrough before cleaning, once done, cleaner will do a walkthrough to ensure all work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners had minimum of one year residential cleaning experience before being hired on, some with commercial experience as well.
