Jeff Wycoff turned out to be a superior IT Specialist. I called him to fix my Windows 7 computer that was acting up after the latest Windows update. While he was fixing my computer my office called about the printer at the front office not printing. Jeff overheard me talking and said he could fix it. He did and repaired some other things flawlessly while there, then back to my computer. Jeff diagnosed my desktop computer problem as a hard disc beginning to deteriorate. Jeff suggested a replacement solid state hard drive. It arrived and was installed. He repaired my computer flawlessly. He asked if I would want the home desktop computer cleaned up. I said yes and he did that including upgrading to Windows 10. Jeff also set up the printers so they work perfectly with the desktop computer and my laptop computer. All works smoothly. Jeff is an excellent diagnostic technician. Jeff is very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful explaining all the things I didn't totally understand. i am a senior citizen living in a 55+ community who knows nothing about fixing my computer when it starts to act up. When my desktop computer needed to be upgraded from Windows 7 XP Pro to Windows 10, Jeff at Onsite IT Solutions was recommended to me by a friend.Jeff came to my home and did the upgrade and diagnosed some other small issues. He suggested the option to upgrade my hard drive and quoted me a reasonable price to do the job. What was supposed to be a 2-hour repair ended up with him working all day at my house and then taking it home and working until 3 am until he was finally able to get it running correctly. The problem was caused by corrupted sections of my original hard drive.I feel Jeff went far beyond what he had to do based on the relatively simple job he had signed up for. He ran to Best Buy to pick up additional parts, worked half the night, and made two round trips from his office in Beaverton to my home in Tigard, and yet only asked to be paid his original quote.I am very happy with his work and am really impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile to have a satisfied customer. I rate him 5 stars and would recommend him highly.

I needed to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 before Microsoft stopped supporting it, so googled "computer repair- Tigard," and happened upon a company called Onsite IT Solutions. Jeff, the owner, came to my office and determined it was not necessary to buy a new computer, and that he could update to Windows 10 on my old computer. I had a bazillion files on the old computer which he successfully transferred. He is very, very bright, personable guy and was very reassuring through the process. He put in a brand new hard drive, added a lot of RAM and charged a very reasonable price for all of his work. I highly recommend him, and will be using him for any future repairs or updates.

On-Site IT Solutions, is everything the name says. Technician/analyst came to our home, knew his IT and had a solution for my requests.My system includes two servers (UNIX and Windows) two printers, and all attached thru a hub to a UPS(power supply). Upgrading to Windows 10 was the pressing issue, but I perceived it would be very complicated with all the variables. Having to allow an "unknown" person to analyze the problems caused me anxiety, but Jeff quickly put me at ease with his knowledge of both systems and computers in general. Besides his ability to problem solve, his competence and calming personality reassures one that the job will be handled correctly and efficiently. His assessment revealed the existing computer was sufficient to upgrade to 10 without additional hardware nor having to buy a new computer. His reasonable rates are an added bonus. He did the job well, was honest about options, and flexible with what I wanted. I feel fortunate and thankful to have found On-Site IT Solutions and Jeff. I recommend this business for any computer needs and will definitely call again for future computer work.
