- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing structure is negotiable depending on the scope of the project, length, and customer preferences. Hourly and flat fee options available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new client, I first schedule a brief consultation to review the client's needs and ensure we are a good fit. If it is decided that we will work together, I will schedule an onboarding session to review the tasks to be done. If the client has their own onboarding processes, then I am happy to follow their guidance
