- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in clear, upfront, and fair pricing with no surprises. • Diagnostic Fee: Typically $75 (applied toward repair if work is approved) • Labor: Based on scope and complexity, discussed before work begins • Materials/Parts: Billed at cost or included in quoted pricing depending on the job • Travel: May apply for locations outside my standard service area • Deposits: Larger jobs may require a deposit (materials + portion of labor) I also offer bundle pricing discounts when multiple projects are completed during the same visit, which can save customers a significant amount. You will always know the price before I proceed with any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple, transparent, and focused on results: 1. Initial Contact – I gather key details about the issue and ask targeted questions to understand the problem. 2. Diagnostic Visit – I perform a thorough inspection to identify the root cause. 3. Clear Explanation & Pricing – I explain the issue in plain terms and provide upfront pricing before any work begins. 4. Repair & Testing – Once approved, I complete the repair and fully test the system to ensure everything is working properly. 5. Follow-Up – I make sure the customer is satisfied and everything is performing as expected. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while delivering high-quality, reliable work.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership, along with multiple professional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Lean Specialist, and Operational Excellence certifications. While my formal background is in process improvement, it directly translates into my work today—especially in diagnostics, efficiency, and quality control. Every job I take on is approached with a structured, methodical mindset to ensure accurate solutions and lasting results.
