- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mowing rates are locked in once you become a customer. If first mow is higher due to high or overgrown grass, then rate will be adjusted after first service. 10% off of final price of Sod Installations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the needs of the customer Provide an estimate for service or services needed Schedule date for service ( text notifications are sent when headed to property) Take before and after pictures of the work Send invoice for payment when service is complete
