- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the type of service needed. Resume services are offered at a flat rate & hourly depending on the needs, while administrative and virtual assistant work is hourly. I aim to provide quality, efficient support at an affordable rate. For larger or ongoing projects, I’m open to discussing package pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the client’s needs, timeline, and goals. From there, we agree on the scope of work and expectations. I maintain clear communication throughout the process and provide updates as tasks are completed to ensure everything is done accurately and on time.

I have a professional background in workforce development and job readiness, with hands on experience supporting individuals with resumes, job applications, and administrative tasks. My work requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, which I bring into every project.
