- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific needs of each home, as well as the type of service requested (deep clean or maintenance). Initial deep cleanings are typically higher to bring the home to a detailed, professional standard. Once established, we offer discounted rates for recurring services such as bi-weekly or monthly cleanings. We provide all supplies and equipment, and every service is customized to fit your home. We kindly require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A $50 cancellation fee will apply for late cancellations. If we arrive on-site or confirm the appointment over the phone and the service is canceled at that time, the full service price will be charged. Free estimates are available to ensure accurate pricing.
