- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope, complexity, and turnaround time of each project. I offer competitive rates with no hidden fees, and custom quotes are available for larger or ongoing projects. Rush requests or additional revisions beyond the included amount may have an added fee. I’m also happy to discuss bundle pricing for clients needing multiple designs or recurring work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with learning about the client’s vision, goals, and any branding preferences for the project. Once I have the details, I create an initial design concept for review. I value clear communication throughout the process and welcome feedback to ensure the final design aligns with the client’s expectations. After revisions are completed, I deliver polished, high-quality files in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing, which has given me a strong foundation in branding, consumer behavior, and effective promotional strategies. In addition, my current role as a Communications Specialist has provided hands-on experience creating marketing materials, managing communications, and developing visually engaging content for a professional audience. This combination of education and real-world experience allows me to create designs that are both creative and strategically effective.
