- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do short-form content and web development. Price per short-form video is $55, but you can purchase in picks of 10-30 and each video becomes $33. They can be used in organic content or paid ads. A 1-enterprise-feature website starts at $330, unlimited features starts at $1500/month. We provide a 50%-off discount for one month for every paying referral.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I onboard them remotely and answer any questions. Afterwards, if we are doing content, we build a content plan and dashboard, begin editing, and publish on social media for you. If we are doing your web development, we typically spawn a FDE to audit their business's operations in-person and then begin implementing features that they'd like one-by-one, with each build scheduled 24 hours in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate cybersecurity researcher at RIT and will be a TA for Advanced Program Analysis, so my programming/software development skills are pristine enough to be building at the frontier of program security. Before making Usatii Media a full-service agency, I had been a video editor for the past 6 years, having edited for some CEOs of major companies, like Grant Lee at Gamma AI, and Vlad over at Airbo. I have even made content and had personal replies from Elon Musk and many other famous figures.
