- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is custom based on the scope of work — no two projects are exactly the same, so we don't believe in one-size-fits-all quotes. We offer free on-site estimates with no obligation so you know exactly what you're getting before committing to anything. We never add hidden fees after the fact. What we quote is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick call to understand what you're looking for. From there we schedule a free on-site estimate where we visit the property, assess the space, and discuss your vision in detail. Within a short timeframe we send a written quote. Once approved we schedule the work, keep you updated throughout, and don't consider the job done until you're completely satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 10 years of hands-on experience in custom carpentry and residential renovation across South Florida. We've worked on everything from straightforward repairs to high-end luxury renovations in some of the most exclusive communities in the area including Fisher Island. That real-world experience across hundreds of projects is what we bring to every job.
