FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, details, materials, and complexity of each project. We believe in giving customers fair and honest estimates, but we also believe that quality work speaks for itself. Construction is an investment, and our goal is to deliver results that are durable, professional, and worth the value. We may not always be the cheapest option, but we focus on doing the job the right way, with attention to detail, reliable communication, and workmanship that gives customers confidence in the final result. Every project is different, so we take the time to understand the customer’s needs before providing pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts by listening to the customer and understanding exactly what they need. We discuss the project, the customer’s goals, the property, the timeline, and any important details before recommending the best way to move forward. From there, we schedule an estimate or site visit when needed, review the work in person, and explain the next steps clearly. Once the customer is ready to move forward, we focus on planning, communication, and execution so we can deliver the expected result. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible and make sure the customer feels informed and confident from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of On Point Construction – G&B LLC have over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Our experience includes different types of projects, from single-family homes to larger buildings, residential work, commercial projects, remodeling, roofing, painting, and property improvements. Much of our knowledge comes from real field experience, problem-solving on job sites, working with different project needs, and understanding what it takes to complete work with quality and professionalism. We bring that experience to every project we take on.
